Low-alloy Steel powder
Our Low-alloy steel powder contains a small percentage of alloying elements in addition to the base metal, which is often iron (Fe). These alloying elements can include carbon, manganese, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and others, typically in concentrations of less than 5%. The purpose of adding these alloying elements is to enhance specific properties of the powder and the final sintered product, such as strength, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

segregation-free mixed powder
According to customer requirements, pure iron powder, nickel-molybdenum alloy powder, or molybdenum-containing alloy steel powder can be used as the base powder. By adding a certain proportion of additives such as Ni, Mo, Cu, graphite, and lubricants, and utilizing a unique segregation-free mixing process, the elements in the mixed powder are relatively evenly distributed. This process aims to improve the dimensional accuracy, strength, and weight stability of the components.
