KEY FEATURES
  • The Y-5300 series is pre-alloyed powder, designed for sinter-hardening technology. Sinter-hardening technology combines the processes of sintering and heat treatment into a single operation, thus offering energy-saving and high-efficiency advantages.
    • Y-5300WA:   It contains elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and manganese. It has unique and excellent hardenability, making it suitable for applications requiring high strength and high dimensional accuracy.
    • Y-5300WB:It contains elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and copper. Due to the lower content of nickel and molybdenum, this material offers a higher cost-performance ratio.
    • Y-5300WC:   It contains chromium. Its alloy composition is uniform, offering the advantage of stable dimensional change rates after sintering.
    • Y-5300WD:  It contains chromium and manganese. It offers superior sinter-hardening capabilities, making it suitable for manufacturing powder metallurgy parts that require higher material strength and hardness.
