Mild Steel Wire

A solid welding wire used for welding mild or low carbon steels, with a shielding gas such as carbon dioxide or a mixture of carbon dioxide and argon. It is the most commonly used type of welding wire. Our featured products are:

  • ER70S-6 / SG2/ SG3
  • ER70S-3

Stainless Steel Wire

A solid welding wire used for welding stainless steel and other high-alloy steels.Suitable for automated and semi-automated welding processes, catering to high-precision and high-efficiency welding needs. Our featured products are:

  • ER308L
  • ER309L
  • ER316L
  • ER308LSI
  • ER309LSI
  • ER316LSI

aluminum Wire

A solid welding wire commonly used in TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys, particularly aluminum-magnesium alloys. The applications of aluminum welding wire include the manufacture and repair of aluminum alloy structures in industries such as vehicles, ships, aircraft, and more. Aluminum welding wire is suitable for welding various aluminum alloys, including 6061, 6063, 5052, 3004, 3003, and others. Our featured products are:

  • ER4043 / AlSi5
  • ER5356 / AlMg5
  • ER4047 / AlSi12
  • ER5183 / AlMg4.5Mn0.7(A)

Flux-Cored Wire

Flux-cored wire is a type of welding wire that contains flux inside the wire itself. When the wire is used in welding, the heat of the arc melts the wire and the flux inside it, producing a shielding gas and a slag that protect the weld from contaminants in the atmosphere. Flux-cored wire can be used with both MIG and TIG welding methods and is commonly used in heavy-duty welding applications in the construction, shipbuilding, and offshore industries.

Stick Electrode

A stick electrode, also known as a shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) electrode, is a consumable welding electrode used in manual arc welding processes. It is a long, cylindrical metal rod with a flux coating on the outer surface.Available in various compositions to suit different base metals and welding applications. The composition of the electrode determines the type of weld joint it is designed for, such as mild steel, stainless steel, or cast iron.
